Registration

Please visit the registration page to complete your registration for the Hitachi Data Systems Federal Partner Summit 2016. When completing the application, be sure to include any dietary restrictions (e.g., allergies, vegan, gluten free) or special needs. Upon completion of registration, HDS Federal will arrange your hotel room for the evenings of May 11 and 12, and provide you with a confirmation via email. 

Driving

Kingsmill Golf, Spa & Resort is a less than a three-hour drive from Washington, D.C. down Interstate 95 South. Kingsmill is about an hour drive west from the Norfolk/Newport News area using Interstate 64 West. Upon arrival at the Security Gate, please mention you are attending the “Hitachi Data Systems Federal Partner Summit.” You will be directed to the Resort Center check-in where you will receive a complimentary parking pass for your car’s dashboard.

Airports

The closest airport to Kingsmill is the Newport News/Williamsburg Airport (PHF), 25 miles east of Kingsmill along Interstate 64. Located 50 minutes east of the resort is Norfolk International Airport (ORF) and 50 minutes west is Richmond International Airport (RIC).
